No Products in the Cart
We do accept returns for a few situations:
- If you find your product defective or unsatisfactory in some way, please contact us directly. We will be happy to discuss and remedy the situation.
- If your products are damaged upon receipt. Again, please contact us with photos of the damage, and we will remedy the situation.
Total value of the resolution will not exceed the value of the original purchase.
Because of the nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns for "person preference" reasons.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable video/course type products, or ebooks.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for details on how to handle that replacement.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
